ed is there any news on possible signings I think we need another cb and a striker what's your thoughts m8 as were thread bare, {Ed017's Note - dean shiels is an option dependent on if he can get a pay off from rangers.

Deano is class. he showed at killie he has improved a great deal since leaving us. plus he loves hibs and would play 100% for the jersey

Why does this nonsense about RP keep getting trotted out? We are not a poorly paid squad and every window Hibs are one of the busiest signing teams in SPFL. He is doing his end of things running the business, he doesn't have to run the team as well

Yeah we always sign 7+ players who do the same as the lot there replacing, we should sign only 3or4 but make they signings higher quality

Shiels supposedly is training with Hibs this week. Also Griffiths just signed a new 2 year deal with Wolves.

Paddy McCourt needs to hurry up and decide what he wants to do. Good player but a bit of a luxury for us. Liam Boyce won't sign for us. Since Jimmy Nicholl joined the club interest has cooled because he was at Killie for a while. Madness if we aren't in the market for a gem like Boyce he would end up making us money!
